1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging FlownWare for web design or development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
FlownWare provides web design, development, and related digital services as outlined in the agreed project scope. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
3. Payment
A 50% advance payment is required before project commencement. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final delivery. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
4. Revisions
Each plan includes a set number of revisions as specified in the pricing plan. Revisions beyond the included limit will be charged at an additional rate. Revisions must be requested within the support period.
5. Delivery Timeline
Project timelines are estimated and communicated at the start of each project. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content submission) may extend the delivery date accordingly.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and information required for the project in a timely manner. FlownWare is not liable for delays caused by missing client inputs.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final delivered website. FlownWare retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
8. Refund Policy
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If FlownWare is unable to deliver the agreed project, a full refund will be issued.
9. Limitation of Liability
FlownWare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delivered products.
